Trevor was absolutely amazing. He took the time to listen to what it was that we wanted. He gave us different options and also time to try them without any pressure.

Mac and Mark look after us very well and we're the main reason we went with Dreams over competitors.

The gentleman who helped us find the bed we ordered was extremely helpful and took a big part in choosing the bed we finally chose.

As we walked into the store we were greeted by Mac and asked what we were looking for. We had the different mattresses explained. We were told about the different beds available and shown how the varying types of ottoman beds worked, ie side or end. We were also asked if we would like a drink. At the venue there is also a Benson beds on site and having gone to review their prices we came back to Dreams based on the customer service and support we had from Mac. We told him that as we came back in the shop. We felt very safe during our visit re Covid precautions as well. I would highly recommend Dreams to any of my family and friends. Mac was extremely helpful without us feeling pressured to buy.

The atmosphere in the store was very calming no pressure highly satisfied because of the information on products and answering all the questions that was important for the purchase the sales consultant was Superb his name was Mac will be recommending to all my family and Friends Thank you

Trevor, the employee who dealt with my sale was great. He sorted everything out for me quickly and his customer service was beyond brilliant.

Tommy. What a pleasant young man, it’s very easy these days to point out people’s faults but this young man made an old couple very happy with his attitude. He took his time over everything and made our experience a pleasant and easy one.

There is a lot of stock to try out as suggested by the firmness machine. Big Mac was first class with a very comprehensive, informative product knowledge. He gave a lot of objective advice. He made coffee and looked after us perfectly.

Visited your Coventry store with a simple task get a bed quick as I had guest coming for the weekend and tommy couldn’t have been more helpful. So helpful that I’ll be back to buy my mattress when needed.
