I dealt with Trevor over the phone from your Coventry store. He answered my questions honestly and assisted me with my colour choices, giving me time to think about my decision before being able to call him back. He also assisted with planning my delivery date as due to personal circumstances I needed to have this date planned in the future. Trevor was friendly and made the process very easy and it’s this customer service which makes me happy with my choice to use Dreams.
