Dreams - Coventry

It was really easy to get through on the phone to your colleague Mark from the Coventry phone office and he was super helpful and answered all of my questions. I was initially going to order online and called to ask a couple of questions, but mark said he was happy to do the work for me instead for no extra cost. Our delivery is planned for this Friday and he explained all of the social distancing measures you have put in place to keep us and your staff safe. Really happy with the process and was simple and easy. After having a HUGE issue with another store - it was a breath of fresh air that you were able to provide such a great service at such an uncertain and difficult time. We are really looking forward to a good nights sleep on our new bed (currently having to sleep on a mattress on the floor since another store delivered the wrong bed and are now uncontactable) and are super excited for it to be delivered!

I tried to order online but needed help so received advice from online chat. Advised to ring to place order over the phone. Spoke to Coventry store and were really helpful and friendly.

Spoke to a gentleman called Trevor to see if the store was open, it wasn't so he advised us to find the items we wanted and to call him back to check availablity/delivery time. We did this and called the next day. He was very helpful the bed we wanted would have taken 8 weeks which was to long so he recommended another which we liked and ordered. As a gesture of goodwill because we didn't get our first choice he gave us a mattress protector. He was friendly, professional and a credit to Dreams we have use you before and would certainly use you again
