Trevor in Coventry branch was very attentive and knowledgeable and made us feel at ease . Tried 3 different mattresses that resulted in a purchase. All round happy with service and delivery instructions, mattress yet to be delivered so can’t comment on quality and comfort as yet. Dreams came recommended by my sister who purchased 2 mattresses with Dreams

Pavan served with great care and consideration for our needs. We had a budget in mind and he didn’t try to push to the most expensive beds.

Mac greeted us as soon as we enyered the store and very quickly understood what we were looking for. He knew everything about the products and we left the store knowing we had made the best decision.

Mac was very helpful in giving a selection of beds for us to test, and great knowledge of them, he wasn’t pushy, he listened to our needs.

Very helpful store assistant Mac. He used the correct amount of sale technique to support our selection. Providing full information without being overpowering. The facility was light, spacious and airy.

Trevor in the Coventry store made us feel welcome offered me a bottle of water as he could see I wasn’t feeling to well , assisted us in all our needs , and was very patient with us as we had a lot of beds to look at

Mac couldn’t have been more helpful, he took his time listening to what I required from my mattress. Was a little frustrating at the end as he had to phone another store to take my payment which took longer than I’d expect.

The store worker came over and asked what I was looking for, as I didn't know the guy asked if I wanted to try the sleep tester, and asked if I wanted a drink. After trying that he shown me a few options in what I got from the results he let me try them beds, left me to it until I found the one I liked and helped me finsh my order for my bed.
