I had problems with the disposal of old beds, could not find the right option on the website and when the assistant took my order she arranged the disposal without a problem. The mattress I originally selected was not appropriate and I was recommended a more suitable one that was also at a sale price which was very helpful.

Looking for a particular item which we were directed to on the shop floor. The young man went to find more details for us and on returning informed us that we could have the shop model with mattresses. We would have had difficulty getting it all in our car so the manager kindly made arrangements for some one to dismantle it all and deliver. He also threw in some pillows and mattress protectors. We paid in full and have 2 very excited girls waiting for their new bunk beds !!

The gentleman who served me was very knowledgable did not rush me spent time explaining things but did not push me into something that wasn’t suitable
