I spoke with Mac on the phone the day before and he was extremely helpful and full on knowledge. He made me feel like he really cared about me as a customer and it wasn't just about the sale. This is the second time I have brought my bed from this store from Mac and Mark and I would never go anywhere else always amazing customer service.

The service received was exceptional. From entry you could tell that customer safety was a priority. All PPE displayed, sanitiser readily available throughout the store and other protective measures were in place. You were greeted by staff, offered assistance and given the option to browse the store freely. Customer service with Jackie to begin with was fantastic, she made it all about us to the point I forgot I would have to be parting with money at some point. There was no pressure, "take your time", "lie down", "you need to make sure it's right" were only some of the memorable things she said. The single use pillow cases were fab to really make you feel safe to engage with the whole experience. We were in the store a while, beverages were offered and the full experience offered including the sleep monitor bed. I took away a quote only because my mind was blown but I knew once I had time to digest the details I was not going to go anywhere else and spend my money. On my second visit Mac and Mark continued with the exceptional service and once again made us feel extremely valued and confident with our purchase at Dreams. Mac was very sensitive to our needs and extremely knowledgeable about the products. Never felt pressured into buying and when needed Mac kept his distance.
