I called your sales number and spoke to the most helpful and knowledgeable member of staff that I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with in a long time. Well done to him, he was great. Sealed the deal with me buying from Dreams and instead of Bensons for Beds.

The staff member was very friendly but still remained vigilant of the current social distancing guidelines. I did not feel pressured into a sale at all and was given accurate advice. I was happy with the overall price I paid, the staff member we dealt with even gave us a selection of pillows to see which best fit our sleep position (which we then went on to purchase) Overall extremely satisfied with our dream experience today.

I spoke with Mac on the phone the day before and he was extremely helpful and full on knowledge. He made me feel like he really cared about me as a customer and it wasn't just about the sale. This is the second time I have brought my bed from this store from Mac and Mark and I would never go anywhere else always amazing customer service.
