The store was clean and I felt safe. We were greeted immediately and helped with every question we had. We were offered drinks/water. He was very knowledgeable and knew his products inside out. Out order was fast and easy. Overall great customer service Mac was fantastic!

Really really happy with my purchase at Dreams Coventry. Got an absolute bargain from there clearance section which in turn lead us on to spend another £1600 on a bed for ourselves. Mark was great and wasted no time in running through our options not only with mattresses and beds but how to pay with interest free.

I got what I wanted fast, person who assisted was helpful. It is my 2nd mattress from here and will come again.

We found Jackie extremely helpful, her knowledge of mattresses was fantastic, she was informative and not pushy at all. She gave us time to browse/try but kept checking back in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. Range of products were good and once we had decided very easy to order with Jackie.

I dealt with a lady called Jackie who was attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable and so very friendly . It was a pleasure to deal with her.

The assistant was very helpful and showed us all the options available to fit our requirements.After choosing our mattress the cost was broken down into parts that we could understand how the total was arrived at.Very good service all round.
