I was highly satisfied with the Dreams at Gallagher Retail Park, the experience of finding a bed and mattress was done stress free and professionally. My sales persons was very nice and helpful and very knowledgeable (Paven). Couldn’t fault anything and he wasn’t pushy either if I didn’t like something there was an alternative and something we could do about it

As soon as we arrived we were greeted by Mac who told us that he was there if required, we were also offered hand sanitizer and water. As soon as we had an idea of what we were interested in, Mac helped to explain the different options to us, helped us find different options to try out (lie on different mattresses (with paper covering pillow)) and explained why certain options would be better suited to us. Social distancing was adhered to and we didn’t feel uncomfortable in that sense once.. with a screen to protect both us and Mac when placing our order. We found Mac very helpful and friendly and we got exactly what we wanted at a surprisingly good price.
