I spoke with Jakie who was extremely helpful n very patient with me n my daughter on the phone, every questions asked were answered, n even call us to explain to us about how the finance works. Over all I'm very happy. Anxiously awaiting for our delivery now. Thanks Jakie.

Mark served us and was very professional- we’d bought our previous mattress from Dreams and whilst Mark hadn’t served us back then he knew about the mattress we’d previously bought and was able to help us make a comparison. We were very impressed. We also used the 3 minute sleep survey which was very useful.

When we walked in there was hand sanitizer which was good for our health and safety. We were given time to look around before someone came over which was great as other places get you right at the door . Mark assisted us at dreams in Gallagher retail and he was amazing! He was friendly he was good with telling us about different beds and mattress and knew what he was talking about ‘also he took the time to understand what we wanted . Very happy with the service
