The assistant called Mac greeted us on arrival offered us refreshments, gave us the experience of our sleep match, offered guidence/special advice relating to our personal needs, excellent service while offering within our price range, with quick delivery. Thank you for a straight forward relaxed experience.

I telephoned before the visit I found the gentleman on the phone to be very helpful and informative then we visited the store and was seen by a salesman straightaway giving us full details of the product we purchased it was hand sanitiser at the door and there was a pillow protectors for each customer we were allowed to try out the mattress before we purchased It am I comfortable when paying for a purchase with a plastic screen protectors were also offered refreshments a very good service
