Kam was great took his time with me I only came in to query a previous bed I had purchased. But due to his knowledge and he definitely comes across as a brand ambassador I then purchased the Grayson mattress. Credit to the Coventry team.

Nice environment to shop in, clean store and well presented staff. Kindly offered a drink which I was more than happy to have as was a very cold day. Products available for a very quick delivery from the clearance area.

Every question was answered assuredly and with knowledge, making me feel confident that what I was being told was truthful and not just there for persuasion. I was very pleased by my experience.

Lovely friendly environment. Mark was very helpful and showed us round and well presented shop until we found the right bed for myself. The refreshment was also a nice touch.

Thomas was chatty and very friendly while all the time maintaining a professional manner. He explained everything in great depth and I’m more than confident he has help me find the right bed for myself.
