The colleague that helped us was not pressurising us, but was helpful with information. He gave us space to explore, but was not far away when we had a question. He was friendly and casual, made us feel welcome in the store. We were offered drinks which we declined, but it still was a nice gesture.

From start to finish the staff at dreams were really helpful, Mark greeted us and helped by explaining things really well. There wasn't any pressure to buy, very professional. And Mac took us through the payment process and delivery. Overall very satisfied and I had purchased a bed in 2006 which was still on record. Great service.

Friendliness of the staff in the shop, we were offered a drink. I was offered a seat while my daughter and granddaughter looked at all the beds. The assistant ,Jacqueline introduced herself to us, whilst my Granddaughter was trying various mattress's Jacqueline advised on type of mattress to purchase based on weight and height of my granddaughter. A very good experience, would certainly use this shop again and recommend friends and family to shop there.

A man from Birmingham Max served me and was very helpful and polite. The only problem I had was when I came to pay the systems went down but so had to wait about 5-10 minutes to pay.

I liked the technology bed scanner, the sales rep was knowledgeable and patient. Visited with my mother and appreciated the offer of a hot drink for both of us.
