The sales assistant was very friendly and helpful. She had a useful range of knowledge of the products and gave good advice. There was a very good range of mattresses available and we were given plenty of time to choose.

Keith was very helpfull and polite. Was very helpful with recommendations. And gave good advice to help us fit our needs. Went above and beyond to help us find what we wanted from beds and mattressess to pillows and bedding.

This is the second time have visited the store in kings Heath as my previous mattress did not really suit me, as I was outside the exchange period I bought a conventional mattress with springs in. The staff were very helpful and very courteous to us. Thank you
