Brought a tv bed at a fabulous price due to the Black Friday event was also able to buy the mattress that I really wanted rather than a cheaper alternative in which I believed I would have to have, however I was given fantastic finance options in store making it possible to have the bed and exact mattress I wanted at a lot lower price expected a month. Staff were extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly without pushing a sale. It’s my second purchase from dreams and came back due to the quality of products. I’m excited for delivery!!

we have visited this store on more than one occasion to make purchases and have always been met with a smile from the staff, we find them very friendly and they always have the time to answer questions even though we think they may sound silly. The quality of the goods is very high and charged at a reasonable price. Although a bit disappointed that it couldn't be delivered sooner but that isn't really an issue

The staff were realllly helpful and professional they had product knowledge and advised best solution and gave me the different payment option available they made my day and made my experience a remembrable one I would always recommend dreams to Family and friends and I’m impressed for £100 I got 8 years warranty on my bed also I got warranty on the mattress i went to dfs, Harvey’s and bed.com on the same day but the service was not good the kings heath dreams store was the best I would recommend the staff to be given a thank you from there managment both staff were really good
