Jo was extremely helpful and helped us to narrow down what types of mattress we were looking for very quickly. She gave us time to make a decision, answered all our questions

On entering the shop I felt able to look around without feeling under pressure or rushed. I was allowed to look around in my own time before someone approach me. The assistance then took the time to show me around and although I visited the shop to purchase a Tempur travelling pillow I ended up purchasing a Tempur mattress as this was an item I had hoped to purchased at some other time however not on that day. This I can say was due to the attention and information I received from the assistant.

The staff were very helpful and friendly and felt under no pressure at any time and explained in a manor that i could understand about my purchase. I was very happy with the price and delivery time given to me. Once again many thanks for making my purchase a comfortably experience and to the staff [ Tracy / Jo ] for their time and understanding.

The assistant was brilliant and offered us a chair and coffe. He explained everything we needed. I get discount at John Lewis but was so pleased about the service in Dreams Kings Heath

I was a little anxious on entering the store knowing that I was expecting to spend what for me would be a lot of money. And I was worried that I might not be able to make the appropriate choices . I was met by a friendly assistant who immediately put me at ease giving me all the various options and choices that I had .at no time did she pressure me into making any purchase , the manager approached us and offered both of us a hot drink indicating also that I was under no pressure . I was able with their help to make the informed choices of which I’m very happy with,I did spend more than I had planned but I was with their help able to purchase exactly what I wanted. I’m am very happy and look forward to receiving my new bed and mattress.
