We were the only customers in the shop at the time looking for a 'budget' matress. your colleague immediately directed us to a £59.00 matress. More budget than we had expected - and we opted for a matress (single) at £150. Assistants knowledge was clear and concise. very polite. He was attentive without being pushy and gave us the opprtunity to roam freely. Actually acommendable guy. Excellent service from previous visits is the reason we returned to this store.

We went to purchased bed and mattress form Sheldon Dreams-Birmingham branch and we have found some quality mattress with 8 years warranty which meet our requirements .the sales guy (name :Matthew ) who was very helpful and widely help to make our choices

The staff at the store, Claire and Darren, were extremely friendly and approachable. Claire approached us as soon as we'd entered the store and she offered us help and suggestions. We were shopping with our toddler and she was very friendly to him too and patient with us whilst my partner and I looked after our toddler and decided what we wanted. Darren had to put through the sale because Claire was underage. Claire helped to entertain the toddler whilst my partner and I went through the paperwork. A lovely team!

We were served by Darren who also involved Nicola for her opinions. They were both friendly, welcoming and helpful. We didn't feel pressurized and were able to look and make decisions on our own. Furthermore, they were knowledgeable and would definitely visit this store in the near future as we were highly satisfied with their customer service.
