Nicola was a lovely, warm & friendly assistant and Darren the store manager was hilarious - it made the whole experience of forking out 2k for a mattress stress free!

The staff were knowledgeable and understanding of my requirements. They offered help immediately but, as I requested, they left me alone to wander around the store. When I was clear as to what I wanted they gave me advice and assistance.

Lovely atmosphere in store, ability to freely browse without being pestered. Member of staff said hello and was very welcoming and he is there if we needed anything. Excellent product knowledge. Went above and beyond to answer questions and help (especially considering it was Boxing Day and busy!) very pleased!

Salesman listened to my reason for purchase advising me accordingly. Explained comfort of various mattresses & price difference. Advised me of the sale commencing 26th December 2017. I didn't feel pressurised into making a purchase
