The assistant was courteous, personable, knowledgeable about what we were looking for. He was very patient and showed us several beds and had a good knowledge of the products in store. He is a good asset to Dreams.

Darren was very knowledgeable and friendly and took a lot of trouble to make sure we were happy.

Toni at the sheldon branch had great knowledge of all products and really spent the time with us to make sure we got the best product for us! Great prices too!

Plenty of staff, nice big car park, friendly staff made us a brew and gave us time and space. The bed was quite expensive when compared with other shops but I reckon it will last. A bit twitchy about what happens if the mattress arrives via yourselves and the bed itself has a problem but will cross that bridge if we come to it. That’s a company issue rather than the store so I am happy so far

Toni, the assistant was friendly and helpful. She did not attempt to 'upsell' past my budget which is something I really hate, but was free with her advice and the differences between all the products, both cheaper and more expensive. She remembered me on each visit I made despite the store being very busy and I'm quite sure bewilderingly full of similar looking customers!.
