Not the first time I’ve used this store, always well looked after. It’s a pleasure to enter that shop.

The assistant was not at all pushy allowed us time to try the beds and decided. the show room is very tidy and welcoming.

The sales assistant Nicola was extremely helpful and knowledgeable answered all our questions, explained everything fully and to our satisfaction, everything you need in a sales assistant, oh love our choice of bed can’t wait for it to be delivered.

The idea of visiting the store was to look at our options. We found the bed we purchased very quickly and was very impressed with the quality. Toni approached us and answered any questions that we had. We discussed and tried several different mattresses in between having a coffee. Toni help us put our ideal package together and explained the benefit of a couple of other items. rather than return we placed the order for our New bed & mattress before leaving.

The sales assistant took the time to listen to what I wanted then showed me what was available

Toni came over to see us asked what we wanted, showed us all the items we required and left us to make our choice with a cup,of tea and coffee which was much appreciated, we made our choose of mattress and ordered, every thing went very smoothly and we were both impressed in the way Toni dealt with us she is a credit to your store.

The experience was quick and easy. Came in with a product in mind. Staff memeber was very helpful in locating and displays the product I wanted. Given good information. The whole experience was satisfying

The representation for your company through the member of staff who served me, she had a very wide knowledge of the items & could advise me & my partner which was the best matress for our back problems. I thought she came over as really experienced and that's what you need to sell your goods. Very good personal skills not pushy like some shops you go in, but when needed she knew her stuff. I hope the bed we chose will help our backs.
