Lovely friendly staff lovely to be offered a cup of tea no other shop has done so. Staff knew the products and was very helpful . Toni and store manager were really lovely thank you

Staff were very welcoming and friendly especially Jason and Jakir. They have a good knowledge about all products and services. It was a pleasure to purchase my new bed.

we visited the Sheldon store last weekend, staff were friendly, it was Matthew that served us and we was so impressed by his knowledge and advice, we had our little boy with us, who is always so curious, the staff were brilliant with him (especially the store manager) kept him busy, whilst we had a chance to look around and try a few beds, offered us a cup of tea and to be honest nothing was to much trouble for them (all the staff that is) i can really recommend this particular Dreams store, Matthew was great and we are looking forward to our orders coming shortly, thanks again to all the staff at Sheldon branch.

The worker, Matthew spent a lot of time listening and helping me find the right bed and mattress. The service received was excellent. There were a lot of products on show to test.

We were served by Toni. She was very helpful when we needed help but not too pushy when we were looking on our own. Her product knowledge was excellent. We looked one day and went back to order the following day.

The staff were friendly and attentive. They were happy to show us all the available alternatives to our problem and explain the differences. I understand the need for the delay in delivery and will look forward to that. I was also impressed with the offer to recycle our old mattress. Overall a very pleasant experience.

The sales team listened to what we wanted, took time to understand our priorities, and then tailored a package for us that based on that. It sounds simple, but it's not as common as you'd think.
