Good service fair price

it was a straightforward organized shop. everything was placed for easy choice

On entering the store it was clean will laid out and the items were colour copied for ease of identifying what it was you were looking at. The sales person Michael was in uniform, polite and explained the lady out of the store and the colour coding. He and the staff left us to browse. When we found the item we were looking for Michael was on hand to explain the manufacturing techniques and benefits of this item. At no time were we under pressure to buy and they even confident that it we found the item cheaper elsewhere they would price match and give cash back. Albeit I think the item is exclusive to dreams. A good in store experience.

Jackir and Matt brilliant

Both the assistant (Jackir) and the manager were very welcoming and had good knowledge of the mattresses based on our needs - back problems. We were given a pillow and offered a hot beverage during our shopping experience and all the rest of the staff were friendly too. They were great at explaining the products avaible and what they could do for you.

Toni was very knowledgeable and the allowed out daughter to feel at home while she chose her new bed.

Toni was very helpful and friendly. She has great product knowledge and placing an order was quick and simple.

Assistant very helpful in asking if I would like to try pillow with bed and pointing out the beds which were suitable for my requirement. She was very knowledgeable about everything I asked, and did not pressurise me at all. She also asked if I would like a beverage. I felt very relaxed.

I thought the staff were excellent in their knowledge and customer skills. Made my choice of mattress easier when there is such a range to choose from. Was offered refreshments too which was great customer service. Matt was very helpful and efficient when we placed our order and covered all our needs including delivery and removal of old mattress. Fantastic service!!
