The 4 staff at the Sheldon store all spoke to me , offered me and my Daughter a drink. They were all so nice 👍 brought my mattress to my car for me 👍 i will definetley visit again for a bed. I seen one i like and will go back to that store. Great staff and team work *****

Toni who assisted us knew after a couple of questions what suited us which made choice painless. I took my children with me and made me feel at ease that they wanted to try every mattress! Toni assisted but wasn't at all pushy or didn't try and sell stuff we didn't need but we did come away with items we needed but didn't realise we needed which was clever. Can't wait for mattress to come to help our sore backs!

Toni and Matt they were great gave me space to look around answered every question I had and gave me options,I was offered drinks for me and my daughter (we took them)daughter had crayons and paper while we went through purchase they were lovely made everything easy for me.Thank guys will definitely be back

the SHELDON store that i visited made me very welcome, and the service and the advice given to me by the staff was very helpful and i would not hesitate to re visit when needs are required .

Assistance from Matt when I entered the store, we spoke about the use of the bed and I was shown types of product that fitted the criteria whichever time. The technical build of the bed was explained. I believe I have the correct bed and delivery date that suits our needs.

The person who dealt with our order was extremely pleasant, friendly, helpful and understanding. We felt it was customer service at its best.

greeted on arrival in store introduced to Nicola who on our reqest left us to look round and when we needed assistance was very helpfull with all our questions and guided us to the right product including pillows

The assistants were very helpful and kind, they understood my needs and were very proactive in advising me of my best options. The Manager was also very friendly and I did like not being pushed.
