we were server by Tomas in the wincheap store. he was very polite, he offered us a cup of tea or coffee. he made us laugh a few times, and he was very quick at placing the order on our things. very satisfied.

Initial appearance of the "Dreams" unit in Canterbury is a bit off putting, However the male assistant who served us very pleasant and knowledgeable , so we were able to chose fairly quickly what we needed. Delivery was very good, got at least 3/4 texts and phone calls before delivery.

There was a good selection of products to choose from and friendly helpful staff to help us reach a decision without any pressure. Additionally it was a nice surprise to be offered at a discounted price. I thought the delivery charge of £39 was rather expensive but the fact the bed will be put together and packaging removed helps to take the sting out of this excessive charge. Overall I was highly satisfied with the shopping experience especially the helpful and friendly salesmen.

very friendly and helpful the colour scheme for different beds ie soft,firm etc easy to understand and i was encouraged to take as long as i needed.
