Martyn the store manager was absolutely fantastic!! He was helpful and knowledgeable helping me choose the items i was after. I even got a coffee!! Nothing seemed too much trouble. Wonderful shopping experience!! Well done Dreams!!

We were very satisfied with the assistance given by the sales person, he helped us with the purchase of a suitable bed and headboard to meet our needs, he also endeavoured to find a delivery date to match our moving date.

Service was good and attentive leading to select a model bed that had not been thought of as available. Was not on your web site that i could find.

Our assistant Tom was excellent. We explain what we wanted and he showed and explained all the different types of beds etc

I have already done this because I enjoyed my shopping in the store it was so good I will be coming back very soo for another bed for the spare room Thankyou

As soon as I entered the shop I had a lovely man show me all of the beds and advise me which was the bed for me as I had cancelled a bed and mattress from another shop, NEXT STORES, the day before as I wasn't satisfied, he took all the time to show me all of the ranges in the beds that I needed, I was very happy when I came out of the shop, As I also got a discount, and free pillows which was a bonus.

During my visit to the Canterbury store, the colleague who served me could not be helpful enough in trying to help me find the best bed for me! Cant remember his name but he may have been the Manager. As a result of his general knowledge and manner not only did I order my bed that afternoon (which I hadn't intended) but also happily spent over my initial budget but still felt like I got great value!

Excellent customer service, served by Thomas, in Canterbury Wincheap branch. Great shipping trip! We ended up with a fantastic tv bed and mattress.

The sales assistant left us time to browse but was there when we needed him. He was really helpful, gave us time to ask further questions and gave us the information we needed to make a decision.
