WEhave brought beds from Dreams before and are always please with the quality and the service we receive

Lots of knowledge and help explaining specific beds from assistant guy. He also " listened" to what we were saying and what we wanted, we had plenty of time and as so much choice we felt very sure of our decision.

The Sales Assistant, Sonny, was very friendly and helpful. He allowed and encouraged us to take our time trying and selecting.

An attentive, but not pushy salesperson who had a good product knowledge. A person who seemed to be interested in getting the right bed for me. Good range of products in a clean and tidy environment.

Tom, the manager of the Canterbury store was exceptionally helpful and friendly and has superb product knowledge. He advised and helped without the 'hard sell'. Totally different to Benson Beds.

First of all I loved that fact that when we entered the shop we were greeted and then left alone to look around. When we decided on our mattress Tom was there to help, he was knowledgable, kind, cheerful and professional.
