Tom was very informative , we didn't feel pressured to buy or how long we took to choose a mattress! The experience was very easy , the choice of Matress on display ensured we didn't need to go anywhere else. The offer of a 40 day trial on our purchase swung the deal . All in all a very easy process - the hardest thing was choosing the right Matress with so many to choose from . Tom was very helpful when we needed him but was very intuitive to let us take as much time as we needed. A very pleasant sales man .

We were greeted by Martin when we entered the store. He explained the colour coding of the mattresses and explained about what drawer configurations ther were. Although we decided on the base that lifted up to give plenty of storage (our bedroom is not the biggest). All told we were very pleased we were offered tea or coffee whic surprised me. Welcomed as soon as we arrived. Various products explained in depth making it more easy for us to decide on what was appropriate for our needs. Left to look at suitable beds. Offered and accepted welcome cups of coffee. When we had decided on suitable product, various options discussed and quote received. Sale then completed with agreement on delivery date.

Martin the store manager was highly accomplished with his product knowledge but also tailored it to our individual needs. All staff were friendly and approachable and created a very friendly environment. The sale also helped and we are very happy with our purchase.

I am a disabled lady with severe back problems and a very uncomfortable bed at present. The gentleman who helped me, Martyn, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with my predicament. He pointed me in the direction of suitable mattresses, frames and headboards within my budget, and with as little fuss as possible. He also fed me tea and Christmas chocolates. Yum.
