we were greated when we entered the store and given assistance to show us a choice of beds . Wayne introduced himself to us and with his knowledge helped us reach a satisfactory conclusion .

The salesman (Steven), was very helpful and knowledgeable about his product range, which made the process easier as I was unsure what I was after in the first place, having visited a number or "rival" companies before visiting the Dreams store, it was Stevens approach and pragmatism that influenced me to make my purchase with Dreams.

I was extremely satisfied , the staff were friendly,helpful,and knowledgable about the products,the atmosphere in the shop was relaxed and pleasant .

The product was a good price and the staff member was helpful, polite, friendly and well informed. The store's goods were colour coded which was helpful.

Sonny was very helpful when I needed assistance with choosing a suitable bed for my disabled mother who couldn't get to the shop to try the beds herself
