Dreams - Canterbury

From the moment we entered the store, the assistant was very encouraging, he listened to what we were looking for and gave advice and guidelines without making us feel under pressure to buy, he encouraged us to take our time and browse giving the information when needed to make our choice, he made suggestion on other items we were looking for and actively help us to find exactly what we needed by locating the right item and letting us try them. i don't think i have every found a sales person to be so easy going and helpful with being over bearing and pushy, we were happy to make our purchases feeling we had been given exactly the right information, we left the store feeling very confident with our purchases, and we were given refreshments.

Tom, the sales representative was unaware that we had visited a number of of your competitors to check out product range and price. Although Dreams wasn't the lowest cost we were persuaded to purchase from your store - Tom was very attentive and knew the product range really well; perhaps more importantly he assessed quickly what we wanted and listened to what we were asking for - a quality not seen much these days. It was a 'model' experience which would have made a brilliant training video for new recruits.

When we arrived at the store we were approached by a young man, Tom who was completely professional, knowledgeable and helpful without being overbearing which you often get with some retail assistants.

We were given plenty of time to choose our purchase with advice and no pressure.

I rang the store the day before we went an spoke to Tom he answered all my questions politely.The next day I went to the store in Canterbury walked on an started to look whenTom (never seen him before just heard on the phone)came over an said did we want any help we declined he said if we wanted to know anything just ask.when we had decided what we wanted to purchase Tom was very professional an knew what had to be done an made the experience easy an comfortable for us TOP TOP MARKS

i bought a mattress which was unsuitable - i returned it today with no problems and the staff member Tom was very friendly and helpfull
