The staff were helpful but not too pushy and gave us time by ourselves to try out the beds and discuss. The different types of beds were clearly labelled so I could easily just try the beds I was interested in buying. I also got an extra 10% off my order which was great!

Victoria listened to my request and found the right product.

Mrs Deeanne Marcella was knowledgeable and courteous and speedy.

Wayne who assisted us was very knowledgable and friendly, he offered us a drink and when we described what we wanted, he helped us find what we were looking for.

I needed a new mattress and was unsure what type to get, Wayne was very helpful with all the ones I looked at, explaining to me the difference with each one. I am so happy with the one I bought.

We were served by Tom and Dee from the canterbury branch of your store. They were absolutely amazing! We came with a difficult situation- my mum in law has terminal cancer. They truely looked after her and made what would of been a stressful experience as she was in pain and doesn't often leave the house, a memorable and lovely experience. They competently advised us which mattress they thought would be best and answered our questions and helped where they could. Simultaneously they gave us enough time to feel the mattresses and look without the feeling of being 'followed' you get with some sales people. The kindness and friendliness of these two individuals really made a stressful trip a great experience. They looked out for my mum, offering her a cup of tea or water to take her tablets and did not complain when she nearly fell asleep on the beds!! They helped greatly with the purchase and made it uncomplicated and stress free. We left the store with a smile on our faces due to these two really friendly and helpful people. Dreams should be proud to have employed such hard working, dedicated, helpful and kind individuals.

We were greeted by a very friendly staff member on arrival. We explained what we were looking for and she immediately showed us the beds which matched our description. It was a very relaxed atmosphere and we did not feel pressured in any way which is the important aspect of making the right choice. We were offered a cup of coffee, again this did not present itself to be a bride to buy! When we finally made our choice, the purchasing process was simple and relatively fast. We had the full attention of the salesperson throughout. Service was terrific.

Tom from Canterbury was brilliant without the hard sell which i hate!! He was polite, helpful, took his time when explaining. I came away knowing i had options if i wasn't happy with my purchase! Please pass on my thanks to him!
