We visited the store twice and James was brilliant on both occasions (so much so I left a Google review). On our first visit he helped us to identify the most suitable mattress for us and was informative without being pushy. On our second visit, he remembered who we were and even gave me a mask as I'd forgotten mine and was uncomfortable being without it. On this visit James helped us to choose the most suitable frame for my needs (I'm disabled). This included showing us under a bed and measuring frame heights! James was patient and attentive throughout the process and made us comfortable in an unusual situation. James' customer service skills are impeccable and his training of the new staff member shows this. Your should be proud of having such a member of staff. Spending £2k on a new bed may be an easy process for some people, but it's taken a lot of hardwork to save the funds necessary to buy the best bed for us. James seemed to understand this and allowed us the time and space we needed to make a decision without feeling pressured. James is a real asset to your company making such decisions easier and as pain free as possible.

James was an extremely helpful person. He listened to what I was looking for and his knowledge of the products was very good. The store itself was very spacious and we were greeted professionally and offered drinks. I was given time to look and not pressured into making a decision. I was able to ask questions and I received a professional response.

I searched online for a fabric sleigh bed and Dreams had a range of bed which were what I ws looking for. I easily booked an in store appointment to try mattresses to decide which would be best for me. The shop assistant Beasa was very helpful and accommodating I felt he listened to me, knew the range of products well and was able to help me find a very comfortable mattress.

Very attentive and helpful staff. Bed categories colour coding makes it easy to find what you are looking for. The machine thing was great.

Richard was fantastic. He greeted us as we entered the store and let us browse for a bit before approaching us to see if we needed assistance. This made me feel very comfortable and not like I was being badgered for a sale. He was super knowledgable and friendly, offered us a drink and took the time to show us a few options for our budget and comfort criteria.

We arrived just as the store was about to close but the 2 members of staff were in no rush and allowed us time to make our selection. They took our order, with comprehensive COVID safety processes. They threw in a very welcome set of extras which saved us a lot of money. The delivery time is considerably less than expected.

From the moment myself and my partner entered your Canterbury (wincheap) store we were greeted by Richard who asked us if we needed any help , we told him we were looking for a small double bed for our son who has been sleeping on our very old sofa bed . Richard asked about our sons age,height ,back problems and showed us some compatible beds ,he also asked us if we would like a bottled water as wearing masks can make people thirsty. We picked a bed and mattress and headboard, we then asked him about a king size mattress for ourselves and we were asked to go on the machine which offers specific mattresses for each individual.We were asked different questions about age, height ,sleep style etc. The machine did its stuff and recommended some mattresses which we tried with a pillow and cover. We enjoyed ourselves immensely with Richard being very easy to talk to and has good sense of humour. We eventually picked our mattress which is beautiful and I can’t wait for it to arrive,this will be early aug which is fine . We then sat down to pay and was offered water once again , also was introduced to the manager who was just as nice as Richard. What a great teAm you have .
