I was approached by staff as soon as i arrived then given time to make my choice and i felt that I was not under pressure after making my choice i was given all the information about the bed and choice of mattresses

Eloise was so helpful and helped me to get the mattress, divan and headboard that I really wanted, at an amazing price. She really knew her stuff and because I had a limited budget she advised me to think about getting a basic divan base because then I'd be able to afford a better mattress and headboard. The mattress was one on display and reduced, I wouldn't have been able to afford it at normal price but because of the cost cutting I then got a gorgeous luxury headboard to finish the bed off. I would have been in there hours faffinf about but Eloise sorted it all out on about fifteen minutes! She was lovely and friendly too. You need to give her a pat on the back and a pay rise 😁😁😁

As I was concerned with my needs were different to my husband when buying a bed the very helpful sales assistant was able to assist us in choosing right mattress to suit both our needs. Can't wait to sleep in it!!

Dreams was our last bed shop of the day spent bed shopping and they were the most helpful staff that also didn't pressure us into a sale unlike some other shops we had visited. The shop was lovely and spacious and beds clearly marked and priced. Our children were a little crazy in the shop as they had also been in many bed shops that day but the staff again were fantastic in talking to them and not making us feel uncomfortable. We did go away and have a think about our perchase before coming back and trying again before buying and everyone was still just as helpful. Excellent service and products

Look for what we required online, went to the store to have a look and check the firmness of the mattress. The sale assistant was right there we told her what we required, she pointed it out to us, we laid on the mattress to test it. She was knowledgeable about the product.

We have purchased the past two beds from Dreams. The Canterbury branch staff are always very friendly and helpful. We needed a very firm bed following surgery so it was important that we tried the different mattresses and the staff were very patient and also explained the differences in ratings and brands.

Found the staff very knowledgeable,the products where well labeled and easy to understand.
