The staff in this store, Tom, Victoria and Eloise are lovely. Made me feel very welcomed and we all had a laugh and a joke. I asked a few questions and not once did I feel any question was stupid! I hope the staff never change in here!

We were greeted by Tom who was extremely helpful and spent time with us. We were given a drink which was very nice. Tom was very friendly and made us feel at ease.

the two ladies who served us, Eloise and Vikki were absolutely lovely and extremely pleasant. not to mention they made awesome hot chocolates! they were well knowledged and helped up understand the type of mattress would be most suited to us.

The Staff were very Helpful & Answered all our questions. Nothing was too much Trouble. they didn't rush us at all or pester us but they were there if we needed them.

Tom the salesman was highly knowledgeable and helpful without being too pushy nor obtrusive. His advise was clear and relevant and he let us decide what we wanted without pressure.

GOOD SERVICE BY ASSISTANT NO PRESSURE WHEN ASK TO BE LEFT ALONE TO LOOK FOR WHAT WE WANTED IT WAS TAKEN ON BOARD AND WHEN NEEDED HELP IT WAS THERE AND ALL QUESTION ANSWERED

We had a very helpful staff member called Eloise. She really helped show us bits around the store. Also gave us discount on a discontinued mattress we bought.
