JAMES WHO WAS THE ASSISTANT WAS HELPFUL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE I WAS ABLE TO TRY SEVERAL BEDS AND WAS ABLE TO MAKE AN APPROPRIATE CHOICE. I WAS ALSO OFFERED TEA OR COFFEE AND A BISCUIT SO ALL IN ALL A SATISFACTORY EXPERIENCE.
