The team at Canterbury was amazing. Nothing was too much trouble, excellent knowledge and made us feel very welcome and valued. They understood what we wanted, offered advice and went out of their way to ensure we got what we wanted, needed, answered all queries and offered hospitality.

ASSISTANT ELOUISE WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL TOOK A LOT OF TIME EXPLAINING THINGS BEFORE WE MADE A DESCISION-ORDER PLACED WILL ARRIVE IN A REASONABLE AMMOUNT OF TIME-PRICE WAS ABOUT WHAT WE EXPECTED TO PAY FOR WHAT WE WANTED-BENSONS WAS RUBBISH SERVICE AND PRODUCTS-GLAD WE PUSHED ON TO LOOK IN DREAMS

We were allowed to look round b ourselves to try and test it the beds and when we were ready for help it was there. This is the second purchase we have made from this store recently, we came back because we liked the service.

We went through you website twice before our visit, so thought we knew what we wanted.Your salesman was very friendly, and knowledgeable, but didn't talk techno babble, and only offered extras gently, which made them far more tempting than the hard sell of some of your competitors. apart from the one we came to see he showed us a few others. We ended up buying one for just a little more than wqe had anticipated, but within our price range, which we had outlined from the beginning. In short it was a painless, even enjoyable process, combining absolute accuracy with old fashioned good manners and a touch of humour.

One of your employees, Eloise, was extremely helpful when i was looking for bedding. She knew exactly what she was talking about and was very helpful and informative

Dreams staff were very helpful and friendly. I wasn't sure what I wanted and they helped me narrow it down. They also suggested options where delivery times were not working for me

the assistant was friendly and knowlegable on the various mattresses available and what would best suit my problem (back discomfort} also offered me coffee whilst dealing with the paper work.

Staff were really good, they gave us all their time, we were more than happy with the service they provided

Service was good. Product knowledge excellent. Jemma and James assisted with good knowledge, cursity and politeness. Delivery time was good and product excellent. Only had bed and frame for two weeks but at present am satisfied.

Manager at Canterbury was exceptional in terms of social and management skills and his command over products' knowledge. I was surprised to learn that it was only a recent appointment as his first role as temporary manager , filling in for another who was on Maternity Leave. The other two members of staff with whom I had contact were very friendly and immediately asked other staff if there was a question they could not themselves answer.
