James helped me very much with my order and was extremely kind and understanding both over the phone and when I came to the store in person.

We were greeted by both sales staff when we entered the shop. We were left alone to have a look at the products and were then approached by one of the staff who asked us if we needed any help. We asked her a number of questions which she answered very quickly, she had good product knowledge.
