Jemima in Canterbury was most helpful and having showed us the selection of beds which met our needs, allowed us to have time to test the beds to make a decision without pressure.

Very helpful staff. knowledge was excellent. Allowed us to check out the beds at our leisure Nice to be offered tea and coffee. Nice touch. Product was a little more than we were expecting. but decided to proceed.

The lady was very attentive and listened to my requests and needs . She explained options but defiantly gave me what I wanted , she was friendly and helpful not in the way at all

James very helpful, very knowledgable didn’t rush us into purchasing the bed.

The two members of staff, Eloise and James were very knowledgeable on the items we purchased, they were professional in their approach and very courteous in their manner. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble, all questions were asked and dealt with satisfactorily. Every effort was made to ensure that we were well looked after and that we were satisfied. Indeed a great visit to the store.

Friendly staff, even offered to brave the weather if we wanted a coffee product knowledge good, we showed a picture of our old Dreams mattress and ask which was a similar product and was impressed that this was easily assessed and showed us to a perfect match.
