Easy and friendly staff to communicate with. Purchased exactly what I was looking for.

Friendly, helpful, have us water which was needed. Explanation of the route of mattress which helped me decide what I would buy.

On entering the store, we were greeted by Richard who offered assistance and also a bottle of water as it was a very warm day, which was so thoughtful. He was very helpful and guided us through all the options.

Very pleasant, helpful and knowledgable staff. Talked us through the process of purchasing a mattress very thoroughly. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble.

We enjoyed the experience of looking for our perfect mattress, also being 'measured' for the right bed was fun and useful. Richard, your helpful and knowledgeable member of staff, guided us through the store and patiently showed us all possible combinations. I liked having my own pillow covered with a layer of paper to take around with me to try different beds. We took our time and we didn't feel we were rushed, we were offered a bottle of water each which was good. So we think we made the perfect choice. We would definitely recommend this store.
