Dreams - Canterbury

Hello i was very pleased with my visit. the lady who served me was very friendly and helpful. pointing out dreams offers and the legal side of things. i would definately use dreams again, as i did for my last bed purchase. our helpful assistant was Jemima 054 at the canterbury dreams branch.

Great knowledge, lovely honest manner, thoughtful of my needs and not just trying to sell the most expensive item. No pressure and very relaxed.

Fast and efficient service

James was very knowledgeable, spent plenty of time going through options, and trying out the mattresses, and looked for the best deals, and bundles.

The store manager was very helpful and efficient and I was able to buy what I wanted quickly and easily.

James was a lovely man, very patient, understanding and helpful. Nothing seemed too much trouble, even got a mattress out of the clearance for me to try. Went through the paperwork in detail. Overall a very pleasant experience.

James was highly professional in his approach which was not intrusive but immediately available when required. He spent some time with mu wife and myself explaining the pro's and con's of the various beds on show . He was happy to provide quotations on our choices on the day before we made the purchase which enabled us to discuss the proposed purchase the evening before without pressure.

The assistance I recieved was first class not to pushy, knowledge of product first class and generally very helpful
