The staff were friendly and knowledgeable

The purchase was made by my mother, (90 years) and the importance of smart, well groomed, polite staff is of great importance. Eloise has all these qualities. Guidance was forthcoming and refreshments offered. Perhaps not important to some, but essential to shoppers of a certain age.

I visited Dream Canterbury on two occasion and spent over an hour trying out the beds. The staff were extremely helpful on both occasions - on hand when required to answer questions, yet leaving me to try out the beds in my own time. They got me a cold drink because it was such a hot day on the second visit and made sure I got the delivery date I wanted. I can't really think of anything more they could have done.
