During our visit we had explained to James we had just brought a mattress from an online retailer & were unhappy for it and told him our reasons why. He took the time to show us the pros and cons of each mattress according to our needs. He gave us time to look at each mattress without being pushy & took the time to show us extra items such as pillows and mattress protectors to match our selected mattress and even suggested we tried the pillows with the mattress we had narrowed it down too! Having been a manger in retail for 10+ years I really appreciated this great customer service! We weren’t rushed, we were offered drinks and were made to feel really important! We ended up buying a bed frame, a tempur mattress, 2 tempur pillows & 2 mattress protectors!

Because the item that we wanted was in stock and delivery options were very good. The only downside was that the store was very hot and there was only one member of staff in store.

Both James and Eloise were incredibly helpful, all our questions were answered and they even went put additional products on display in order to help us make decisions. It never felt like we were being pressured just helped by two people who knew their stock, understood the options and wanted us to leave the store happy with our decision.

I popped into the Canterbury dreams store for a quick look. I didn’t realise at the time that the store was closing. However despite this the store manager (James I believe) wet above and beyond to assist me with a purchase. I was in the store until at least 1815 which meant that James would be late to finish. He did not rush me at any stage and was exceedingly helpful! I would most definitely recommend this store primarily for the customer service I received. He is an asset to the dreams team!

Service was very good and patient due to having two young children with us. Product knowledge and advice was great. No pushy sales techniques understood what we wanted. Very hot day and hot in the shop drinks were offered which was good for us all.
