Extremely knowledgeable and helpful and friendly

We came in alrwady believing we found our perfect bed in another store and only came into Dreams to have a final look around before going back to a different store to get the bed. The manager working there approached us after overhearing a problem we had and solved it right away, and after chatting for a bit helped us in so many ways. He was amazing and gave us everything we needed and more and made the entire consultation really fun and made sure we had everything perfectly set up for us

We have recently bought another mattress for my daughter from dreams. Having bought various beds and mattresses before we really find the quality of the products and knowledge of the staff outstanding. I had visited the store and various others a number of times trying to find a bed and mattress to suit our budget. Each time staff were helpful friendly and had good advice on our options for pur budget. We finally made a choice with dreams and are very pleased with our choice.

Eloise really helped me from the moment I entered the store. Had no idea what I was looking for but she assisted me in finding exactly what I needed within my budget! Very polite and welcoming. Made a daunting experience quick and easy!

Not the first time we have shopped at Dreams in Canterbury. In fact this is our 4th bed from Dreams. 1 king size, 2 singles and now a double. If I wasn't highly satisfied, then I'd go elsewhere. We've already chosen a replacement king size bed which will come from Dreams in the near future.

James and his members of staff where a lovely bunch.enabling us to walk round the show room a little first before asking if we wanted any help with anything.There is nothing worse than some hard sales pitch but these guys got it right .very knowledgeable about the items they are selling as well.

Colleagues were friendly, they gave advice, then gave us time to decide or chose which we preferred without the pushiness/rushing for a decision. Once decided,were very helpful with the ordering and even delivery was quick too and not waiting for weeks for it to turn up. As for the delivery, they contacted to let me know how long away they were, and even informed me that as they took my old double mattress away that I purchased a king size instead of a double. (I have changed my bed to king-size)
