Immediately approached on entering. I have lower back problems and was worried about spending alot of money on a mattress that wasn't right for me. James knew exactly what mattresses I should try. He also asked if I had any neck problems and gave me a pillow to try whilst trying out the mattresses. James was very knowledgeable in regard to make, materials, structure and even how they were made. We were offered tea and a glass of water which was very welcomed. James was extremely friendly and chatty and made me feel a little more at ease with spending so much money on a mattress sue to the fact I would be able to change it after 40 days if it was not right for my back. I was very anxious until then as I suffer alot of back pain! I even ended up buying two Therapur Cool pillows! Whilst it will be 3 weeks before my mattress arrives, all in all, excellent customer service! Well done to James and well done to Dreams! Will definately recommend and will definately come back to Dreams for future purchases! (Which may be soon as my daughter also needs a new mattress!) :)
