Dreams - Canterbury

We arrived at your Canterbury store around 6pm, just as the store was about to close, even though we thought we had 2 hours left to view & purchase, as your website has the incorrect opening hours on it!! We work opposite the Ashford store, but the item we were interested in viewing was only available in Canterbury, so we drove there & were appalled to find that something so easy to rectify, your opening hours, were wrong! We were very fortunate that Wayne was extremely accommodating, especially as he was about to close; he happily greeted us, was so welcoming towards us, even offering us drinks & giving us his full knowledge of this particular bed & showing us how it operated, giving us pillows, allowing us to try the bed whilst explaining all about it. Wayne should be praised in his professionalism, for staying open 'late' even though we thought the store was open until 8pm & answering all our questions. How lucky Dreams are to have a member of staff so dedicated. We went on to purchase the Alexander SK ottoman TV bed with the smart tv upgrade & we purchased the bed cover too. We'll be back for a Tempur mattress at a later date. Thank you but PLEASE update your website now!!

We were only going in to buy an Eve mattress, but James listened to our needs and convinced us to try the Tempur range. We ended up spending three times what we had in mind, but did not feel pressured or overly 'upsold'.

The assistant was knowledgeable and friendly, listen to us, the store had a friendly atmosphere.

Found the assistant very informative with plenty of knowledge about the product.vwe we're even offered tea or coffee a very satisfactory visit. Just hope the delivery goes as well.
