Because we were treated as valued customers . We were given answers to all questions we asked nothing was to much trouble for Eloise she was knowledgeable helpful and most importantly not over pushy .

We visited the branch over 2days, the first day was to see what was available measure and go home and make a decision. We were assisted with all our questions and not hurried or pressurised. Day 2 again not hurried and shopping for our choice was a pleasure.
