Was greeted and freed assistance and then left alone to make decisions with no pressure, and offered coffees and seating, agreed delivery dates

Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and spent time with us to make sure we ended up with the product that suited our need.

I was attended to immediate by Jemima who knew the products very well and took me straight to the Tempur mattresses I wanted to try. Her colleague was also helpful in confirming that the online price with a £100 discount would be honoured even though the price in the store had not reduced been. He also advised that there was a "2-for-1" offer on old-bed collection so that I received a £50 discount on the 2 mattress/divan beds I placed an order to be removed

James was extremely helpful and vey knowledgeably. We where extremely impressed that not only did he remember us from when we visited the store in November he also remembered the bed,mattress and pillows we choose on our first visit, which made our visit today extremely straight forward, he also makes a lovely cup of tea.

Store assistants allowed you time to browse without intruding but were readily available to answer any questions and extremely knowledgeable on the products
