We were guided to the right place for our specific needs, left to browse ourselves and try out the products. We werent hassled or forced into a purchase, but they were available iif we needed help.

My bank required extra verification as they suspected that my card may be about to be used fraudulently. We had not necessarily intended to make the purchase and hadn't let the bank know in advance. Staff were extremely patient, kind and even entertained my teenagers! Never making us feel that there was any inconvenience. We were offered drinks and made to feel very welcome.

Jemima greeted us as we entered the store immediately and asked if she could be of any assistance. I had come from Ashford as I found them generally disinterested and didn’t have the range of products in their store that I was interested in looking at, as I wanted to see bed frames and try the mattress as I am having back surgery shortly and need to know I’ll be comfortable bed ridden for a bit. Jemima was patient while with litttle luck I tried to remember which ranges I was interested in, she helped me figure out what it was and advised on pros and cons due to my chronic back pain, I never felt rushed or pressured and I’m not the most decisive person so she must have the patience of a saint. She was also very reassuring and explained that we had time to try the mattress at home and if I wasn’t happy then we could return it and choose another, she showed me all options and without me having to embarrass myself,understood that I clearly had a bit of a tight budget, so helped me reduce the price while not compromising the quality of sleep. She is a star and is truly an asset to your company and also offered tea/coffee which was much needed on a cold day.

When entering a store I do not like to be immediately 'pounced' upon by over zealous store assistants but instead have a look round for myself. Jemima, the store assistant tactfully approached me after a few minutes and after greeting me asked if she could help. By this time I was happy to discuss my needs with her. She was able to respond positively to my inquiries and left me to continue to browse and saying to ask her if I had any more questions. When I decided to buy the product she completed the process efficiently and effectively and as was important to me, able to confirm a specific delivery date.

We had a very good service from the assistant, we were offered a tea or coffee , we were given time to think or discuss the product in private with a drink. So we didn't feel we needed to leave the store and go away to digus or think about it over a cup of coffee. We were left alone to think. The staff were very friendly. and knowledgeable of the products.

The knowledge of Eloise was excellent. She was really friendly but professional. She allowed us to just get on with trying all the beds but was always there when we had a question.

I was looking for a rolled up mattress, originally a silentnight mattress I have seen on the internet. The assistant told me they didn’t sell silentnight rolled up mattress but dreams have their own, there were 2 types in store and I was able to try them, I was very satisfied and went ahead with a purchase

Eloise was friendly and knowledgable. I didn’t feel rushed and she gave me plenty of time to try out several different mattresses. She was also very informative and gave me all the information I felt needed to make the right purchase.
