The staff were courteous and friendly and very helpful and knowledgeable about the products on offer. They let us take as much time as we wanted to try the various matresses. Overall and enjoyable buying experience.

Very friendly. knowledgeable staff. Eloise approached us from the beginning asking if we needed help. She very succinctly took us through our options and was very patient with us while we made our decision, knowing when to leave us, giving us time to discuss privately. I can't recommend Eloise's customer service and salesmanship more highly.

On arrival we were greeted and informed that if we needed any help please ask. We liked this as we felt welcomed but not pressured the moment we stepped into the shop. We browsed and was offered refreshments. James was brilliant. He objectively gave us information about all of the recommended mattresses and then we tried each one. Some several times over. We never felt hurrid or pressured to purchase. Whilst trying out mattresses other people came in and he asked to be excused for a moment just to greet them. He came straight back and we continued to receive excellent customer service. We spent approximately 2 hours in the shop which both my husband and I were very shocked by as it didn't seem that long. We were made to feel like we were very special and we learnt a lot from James about how important finding the right mattress is which is why it's time consuming. Great job James. Thanks for your perseverance and patience.

The sales assistant was very knowledgeable, spent a lot of time with me helping me with my purchase and i was offered coffee through out the process, to be honest I hadn't intended on purchasing anything today but have now bought a new bed which I cannot wait to get. All of this is due to the sales staff.

Eloise was extremely helpful on my visit to dreams wincheap today, I was looking for a king size bed frame and a comfortable mattress. She directed me to some very modern and stylish looking beds, explained all of the upgrades i could get which was very helpful. She also directed me to a wide range of very comfortable and affordable mattresses. I felt very happy whilst being shown around, eloise was a brilliant saleswoman, she didnt try to push me to buy something i wasnt 100% sure about, and when i said I cant have the bed straight away as im in the process of moving she allowed me to pick a delivery date that suited me , whereas some companies insist on set dates that dont work around everyday work schedules. Because of Eloise I walked away with a beautiful bedframe and a very comfortable mattress. I will most certainly return to Dreams in the future just because of Eloise alone! I hope to see her again in the future for any more furniture/bedding i may want/need! Dont let that girl go!
