Was happy with the whole experience from start to finish. Very friendly and helpful

We had visited the previous day and we were still undecided. We were shown all the available options and staff asked relevant questions to ensure that all products shown were suitable for our needs. At no point did we feel that we were being pressured to buy, staff were happy to spend time with us. All staff were friendly and fantastic with our children.

Friendly welcome, knowledgeable staff, simple and uncomplicated experience

Staff very knowledgeable, friendly and able to help us find a mattress and bed combination that fitted our needs well. Their advice made us realise that our initial preference was not the best for our needs. We spent more money than we planned, but were happy to do so as their advice was spot on and it was obvious to us what difference it made when we tried out the different combinations.

The assistant was very helpful couldn't do enough for me thanku.

Eloise was the assistant who helpd me she was friendly very patient and had a very good knowledge of all the beds on sale, I was offered refreshments while she explained the workings of the computer operated bed this I found both interesting and very helpful as it sorted the bed that would be most suitable to my condition.iwas then able to make my purchase with the help of ELOISE quickly.it was a pleasure to do business with her.
