My wife and I were in desperate need of a new mattress as our current one has been causing my wife to suffer back pain, Jemima greeted us shortly after entering the store and took us to the sleepmatch machine, after which she took us around the various suggested mattresses and I just found the whole process very professional and a lot easier than i envisaged. Had I been left to my own devices i'd have probably spent hours laying on every mattress and no doubt picking the wrong one, so the assistance and overall service we received was brilliant and we cannot wait to test our our new mattress. I have also been suffering with neck pain in the mornings and Jemima also helped me find a new and better quality pillow which I am sure will solve my comfort issues. All in all we received a fantastic service and it took a lot less time than I expected.

Upon entering we were greeted and offered to use a machine to check what we like to sleep on. After that we were shown around the store at various different beds and given our own time to test as many as we wanted, we were offered drinks and given time on each bed and to discuss our options in private. I am highly satisfied with the way Jemima and her colleagues treated us and is one of the best customer services of any store (not just dreams) I have ever been into.

We liked the fact that we were allowed to browse before we were asked if we would like help. We were directed to the mattress selector machine and guided through it. The sales woman (Jemima) then took us through several mattresses, taking into account our budget. She listened to what we said and was helpful. We did not feel pressured into buying, which probably aided our decision even more. The store was well presented, with space between beds, and clear signage for sales.

Brilliantly attentive, friendly and knowledgeable member of staff. Felt that our needs were fully understood and attended to.
